Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 technology and societal impact forecast framework
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on post-quantum computing implications
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on AI governance and neurotech convergence
- Design innovation pipelines for next-gen human-machine collaboration systems
- Represent the company at Davos-level future-focused forums and summits
- Mentor a team of foresight analysts and junior strategists
- Establish KPIs for measuring the commercial viability of 2026-vision initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Proven track record of published future-focused thought leadership (Harvard Business Review/MIT Tech Review preferred)
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI safety)
- Experience leading enterprise-level scenario planning for Fortune 500 clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Arabic/Spanish preferred)
