Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends to identify high-impact opportunities and risks through 2026-2030
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state roadmaps
- Produce forward-looking whitepapers and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for emerging market needs
- Establish KPIs to track strategic alignment with 2026 milestones
- Represent the company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting or corporate futurism with 2026+ project experience
- Expertise in trend analysis using tools like Horizon Scanning or Delphi Method
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) preferred
- Published work on technological or societal transformation trends
