- Mentor a team of futurists and data scientists in predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, technology innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech/climate)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in technology, futurism, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- Published thought leadership on exponential technology impacts
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodologies
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ trend predictions with 85%+ accuracy
