Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight framework integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable innovation trends
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify emerging risks and opportunities in next-generation markets
- Produce quarterly strategic briefings translating technological signals into executive decision pathways
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligning R&D investments with 5-10 year future-state projections
- Champion human-centered design principles in all future-state strategy development
- Partner with product teams to embed foresight methodologies into development lifecycles
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative frameworks
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futures research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in trend analysis across AI, biotechnology, and climate adaptation domains
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative/qualitative field
- Portfolio demonstrating development of multi-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Exceptional proficiency in scenario modeling tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
- Experience facilitating C-level strategy sessions with complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology adoption patterns or future-of-work dynamics
