Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight frameworks to guide executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-proof business models and customer experiences
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers to track innovation frontiers
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders and translate foresight into actionable strategic initiatives
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and economic megatrends with strategic impact assessments
- Mentor innovation teams in future-thinking methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or innovation leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications (AI, IoT, Web3)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Certification in futures research or scenario planning (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Experience building strategic roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
