As part of our elite Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop sustainable frameworks for the next decade. Your insights will directly influence product development, market positioning, and organizational transformation in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Architect and implement the 2026 strategic vision roadmap for emerging technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable systems
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for disruptive market shifts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefings on technological trajectories
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term innovation impact and adaptation readiness
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate breakthrough startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology strategy
- Proven track record of developing multi-year future-state roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Studies or equivalent strategic foresight training
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders and global teams
- Published thought leadership in technology or business journals
- MSc or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
