- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready business models
- Author quarterly 'Future State Briefings' distributed to 10,000+ industry leaders
- Build and curate a global network of futurists, academics, and startup founders
- Advect boardroom presentations on long-term risk/opportunity scenarios
- Mentor junior strategists in futures research methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent certification (e.g., CFrA)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (e.g., Futures, Technological Forecasting)
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methodology, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of exponential technology adoption curves and societal implications
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
