Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, market shifts, and societal changes to inform 2026+ strategic plans
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Translate foresight research into actionable business strategies and investment opportunities
- Partner with R&D teams to accelerate prototyping and pilot programs
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board members
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience with trend analysis tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Strong presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
