Responsibilities
- Forecast disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026-2030 markets
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging domains (quantum AI, neural interfaces, climate resilience)
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and global partners
- Produce trend intelligence reports and predictive analytics dashboards
- Champion innovation sprints to prototype future-proof solutions
- Advise product development teams on 2026-relevant feature roadmaps
- Represent the company at global futurism summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend forecasts or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web4.0)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on strategic adaptation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
