Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technology adoption
- Analyze emerging trends in AI, biotechnology, and quantum computing
- Produce high-impact scenario planning reports for executive leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops with global stakeholders
- Partner with R&D to align future technologies with market needs
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and investors
- Monitor horizon scanning initiatives and disruptor identification
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in future studies or tech strategy
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPS) preferred
- Experience with horizon scanning tools and data visualization
