Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year strategic roadmaps aligning with 2026 technology inflection points
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive trends
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis
- Produce high-impact future-state whitepapers and thought leadership content
- Manage cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging technology incubators
- Mentor futurist analysts and junior strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing enterprise-level future strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech)
- Strong public speaking and executive presentation skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurist/innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
