Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Champion innovation culture through thought leadership and internal mentorship programs
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting our 2026 vision
- Design agile methodologies for rapid prototyping of future-state business models
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of these domains: AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, or decentralized systems
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities using advanced analytics tools
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent (e.g., CFSD)
- Fluency in emerging tech ecosystems and startup incubation processes
