Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a 2026+ trend radar covering disruptive technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors
- Produce strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Lead innovation workshops with R&D, product, and marketing teams to embed future-readiness
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Design and implement horizon-scanning methodologies using AI-powered analytics
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders through compelling visual storytelling
- Drive organizational culture shift toward adaptive innovation and long-term thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or trend analysis
- Proven track record translating foresight into market advantage for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFS) required
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful trend-to-strategy implementations
