Responsibilities
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 technological inflection points
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in developing breakthrough solutions for climate resilience, AI ethics, and human augmentation
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps with $100M+ budget oversight
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring long-term impact on sustainability and human advancement metrics
- Drive organizational culture transformation toward agile future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with proven track record of commercializing future-focused innovations
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Quantum Computing, or Bioengineering (PhD preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals on 2030+ technology trends
- Experience leading $50M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market disruption outcomes
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, neurotech interfaces, or carbon-negative tech
- Certified in Strategic Foresight methodologies (e.g., CFAP, CFP) with portfolio of scenario planning frameworks
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex future concepts to diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
