Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year strategic foresight frameworks for Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and market implications
- Design scenario planning models for geopolitical and climate disruptions
- Produce high-impact trend reports for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic resilience
- Partner with R&D teams to commercialize emerging innovations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership on 2030+ technology trends
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational change
- Strong data visualization and predictive modeling skills
- Certification in futures research (e.g., CFPS preferred)
