Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, etc.) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives in Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-state strategies
- Produce high-impact foresight reports with quantifiable risk/opportunity matrices
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions (metaverse, quantum computing)
- Represent the firm at global innovation forums (e.g., Davos, Web Summit)
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech analysis
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in scenario modeling and trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
