Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Horizon Radar, identifying emerging trends with disruptive potential
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry shifts and their strategic implications
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for 5-10 year technological and societal transitions
- Produce executive briefings on quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Establish KPIs for innovation velocity and market adaptation readiness
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Future Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or megatrends
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Demonstrated success advising Fortune 500 on 5+ year strategic pivots
- Expertise in emerging domains: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Experience with cross-cultural trend analysis and global innovation ecosystems
