Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to identify emerging trends and disruptive technologies through 2026
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Establish and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, think tanks, and industry pioneers
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members to inform high-level decision-making
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to pilot implementation, ensuring alignment with 2026 market projections
- Mentor junior futurists and build internal capability in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused product development
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into successful commercial initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and societal implications
