Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite stakeholders, translating foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions with engineering and design teams
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Establish ethical guardrails for technological adoption, balancing innovation with societal impact
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and invest in breakthrough startups aligned with 2026 vision
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory intelligence across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in reputable innovation or foresight publications
- Strong proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, system dynamics modeling)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from AC/FS or foresight academy) highly desirable
