Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends, sociopolitical shifts, and economic indicators to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future vision and priorities
- Produce executive-level trend reports and scenario-planning documents
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Establish KPIs for tracking future-readiness and innovation maturity
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategy publications
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
