Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market disruptions
- Translate foresight insights into strategic roadmaps for product development
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future opportunities
- Produce annual Future State reports with actionable recommendations
- Monitor emerging regulatory frameworks and ethical implications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurist thought partners
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal impacts
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers/articles)
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization capabilities
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP) highly valued
