Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough technologies in quantum computing and biointegration
- Facilitate C-level workshops on future-proofing business models and workforce transformation
- Author white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable tech adoption frameworks
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio for emerging tech startups
- Represent the firm at Davos and World Economic Forums as a future trends thought leader
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing multi-year enterprise roadmaps with Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight journals or industry white papers
- Advanced certification from World Future Society or foresight think tank
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across APAC, EMEA, and Americas
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field preferred
