- Author white papers and keynote presentations at global forums on human-machine symbiosis
- Establish ethical guardrails for exponential technologies through stakeholder workshops
- Drive adoption of anticipatory governance models with government and NGO partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent 10+ years in strategic foresight
- Published research on singularity technologies or paradigm shifts (IEEE/Nature preferred)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methodology, and Monte Carlo simulations
- Portfolio of implemented 5+ year strategic plans with measurable ROI
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, neurotech, and climate resilience systems
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/FSF) or equivalent
- Fluency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Palisade @Risk, GIGA)
