Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal impacts through horizon scanning and trend forecasting
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026 market disruptions across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-proofing strategies
- Produce strategic white papers and thought leadership content on future-state transformations
- Partner with R&D to incubate breakthrough innovations aligned with 2026 market predictions
- Monitor global policy/regulatory shifts affecting technological adoption trajectories
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse audiences
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for 5+ year time horizons
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
