Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and market disruptors
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future trends into product/service opportunities
- Conduct scenario planning for 2026 market conditions and technological shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-focused solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of innovation partners and thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, IoT, AR/VR)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis frameworks
- Portfolio demonstrating successful innovation initiatives with measurable impact
