Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and scale disruptive technologies
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging opportunities across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation into corporate strategy
- Drive strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or corporate development
- Proven track record launching tech-driven products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
- Experience with agile innovation methodologies (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management abilities
