You'll leverage cutting-edge research, AI-driven trend analysis, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver breakthrough insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to forecast market shifts through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives
- Lead cross-functional workshops on future-proofing business models
- Produce annual 'Horizon Reports' quantifying disruptive potential
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate foresight into innovation pipelines
- Advectory board on long-term strategic decisions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work topics
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Methodology
- Experience with AI/ML trend prediction models preferred
