Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptors through 2026+ lens
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into strategic roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive analytics for client decision-making
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions
- Represent the firm at global innovation summits and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing future scenarios for Fortune 500 clients
- Expertise in horizon scanning, weak signal detection, and causal layered analysis
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, and climate tech convergence points
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy publications
- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., Delphi, cross-impact matrices)
