- Identify and analyze emerging technologies with 3-5 year market potential, producing strategic whitepapers and investment recommendations
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure $50M+ innovation funding and resource allocation for high-impact initiatives
- Establish KPIs for innovation success, measuring ROI from R&D to commercialization for 2026 product launches
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders to stay ahead of the innovation curve
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and board members, translating complex technical concepts into actionable strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with proven track record of launching breakthrough products
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, Web3) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to forecast technological disruptions 3-5 years ahead
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-functional teams of 20+ professionals
- Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data modeling, scenario planning, and market trend analysis
- Outstanding communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
