Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future-focused initiatives
- Conduct scenario planning for disruptive technologies and market disruptions
- Present insights to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven experience developing long-term strategic frameworks
- Exceptional data analysis and scenario modeling skills
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology trends
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Foresight preferred
