Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate tech) with 3-5 year horizon impact
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Produce executive briefings on disruptive technologies and their business implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-readiness strategies
- Build quantitative models to forecast adoption curves of emerging innovations
- Author thought leadership publications for industry conferences and publications
- Maintain a proprietary trend intelligence database with predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of forecasting technological adoption with 85%+ accuracy
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, or circular economy
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, SXSW, or similar forums
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations with measurable ROI
