- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and mitigate future risks
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling narratives
- Establish frameworks for continuous foresight and adaptive strategic planning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to translate future scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting 5-10 year strategic horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, futurism, or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing long-term strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, biotech, climate tech, and quantum computing trajectories
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Research (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in strategic foresight or innovation journals
