- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for long-term organizational positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and external stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable business roadmaps

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong background in emerging technologies (AI, AR/VR, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex future concepts
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or implemented future-strategy projects
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
