Responsibilities
- Analyze global technological, economic, and sociocultural shifts to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for organizations navigating post-2025 market evolutions
- Produce scenario-planning models and horizon-scanning reports for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-proof solutions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on long-term vision
- Monitor and interpret signals from AI, biotech, and sustainability domains
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published futurist work or strategic roadmaps
- Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from AC/FS) strongly preferred
