Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop innovation frameworks and strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future disruptions
- Produce actionable foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Identify and evaluate breakthrough technologies with transformative potential
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex future projections into implementable business strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with data visualization tools for trend analysis and forecasting
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping projects
