Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-political shifts, and market disruptions to forecast 2026+ industry landscapes
- Develop strategic frameworks that integrate AI, biotech, and quantum computing trends into business roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Produce trend reports and white papers that inform R&D priorities and investment decisions
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into design thinking and innovation sprints

- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurist research with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-disrupting initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi technique)

- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic innovation publications
