- Author annual 'Future State' reports for executive board and investor stakeholders
- Establish global innovation partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500/tech unicorn experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ year vision
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI governance, quantum applications, climate tech
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP) or equivalent practical expertise
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
