- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with market evolution and customer needs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and executive briefs on future trends
- Collaborate with C-suite to embed future-readiness into corporate strategy
- Manage an innovation pipeline from ideation to implementation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder influence capabilities
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, business, or related field
- Published work on future-of-work or industry disruption topics
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
