Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and validate future scenarios
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and business cases
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry pioneers

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial success
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies
