You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, lead cross-functional innovation sprints, and shape our 2026+ roadmap. This role combines cutting-edge research with pragmatic execution, requiring both intellectual curiosity and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Scan global tech, social, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Develop future scenario models and strategic roadmaps for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead innovation labs prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight into development lifecycles
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and mentor a high-performing foresight and innovation team
- Author thought leadership publications and industry keynote presentations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Published thought leader in futurism or strategic innovation (portfolio required)
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
