Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data from 200+ global innovation sources to predict 2026 market disruptions
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across 15+ business units
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with CTOs, VPs of Product, and venture partners
- Author quarterly Innovation Horizons reports for executive board and investor briefings
- Design ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026 autonomous systems implementation
- Build strategic partnerships with 10+ academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Present at global forums like CES, Web Summit, and World Economic Davos events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching 3+ future-oriented products/services with >$50M ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Technology Review
- Fluency in Mandarin and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/ESF) or similar accreditation
