Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, societal, and economic trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2030
- Develop and implement scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present compelling future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs and measurement systems for strategic foresight initiatives
- Build and maintain global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate sustainability and ethical considerations into all future-strategy development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging socioeconomic shifts
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous transformational phases
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFMP, APF) strongly preferred
