As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate global shifts, identify paradigm-altering opportunities, and lead cross-functional initiatives that position us as industry pioneers. You'll leverage cutting-edge methodologies like scenario planning and horizon scanning to decode signals from exponential technologies, ensuring our organization thrives in an accelerating future.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Innovation Roadmap, aligning emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive trends and paradigm shifts across global markets
- Design and facilitate strategic foresight workshops with executive stakeholders and R&D teams
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable innovation portfolios with clear ROI projections
- Champion exponential technologies through proof-of-concept projects and venture partnerships
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing business strategies
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and emerging tech adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP from APF) required
- Deep expertise in exponential technology assessment and adoption frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Portfolio of published future scenarios implemented in enterprise environments
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
