Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 technology foresight reports with actionable strategic recommendations
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in quantum-adjacent fields
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-tech roadmaps into development lifecycles
- Curate and manage relationships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on future scenario planning
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track adoption of emerging technologies
- Represent company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 future-oriented products/solutions
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence trends
- Certification in scenario planning (e.g., WFS) or innovation methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future concepts
- Experience with venture capital ecosystem and startup incubation models
- Portfolio of published foresight work or innovation frameworks
