Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant infrastructure capable of supporting next-gen AI workloads and predictive analytics.
- Lead Advanced Model Training: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI systems with a focus on future-proofing.
- System Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize code, database schemas, and API performance to ensure zero-latency interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with data scientists, security experts, and product managers to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for bias mitigation, data privacy, and AI safety within the Project 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Leadership: Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
