Responsibilities
- Anticipate and map global technological, social, and economic trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop scenario-based innovation roadmaps for quantum computing, biotech convergence, and climate resilience
- Lead high-stakes strategic workshops with C-suite executives and government agencies
- Author white papers and TED-style talks on future-proofing business models
- Manage a $5M R&D portfolio for experimental projects in neuro-interfaces and decentralized AI
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or equivalent interdisciplinary field
- 10+ years experience in innovation strategy with Fortune 500 or Silicon Valley disruptors
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals (Nature, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in trend forecasting tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
