- Produce high-impact foresight reports and trend briefings for executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions aligned with future market needs
- Establish KPIs to measure innovation pipeline maturity and future-readiness
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years in innovation strategy, futures research, or technology consulting
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Proven track record developing 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
