As a key architect of our innovation ecosystem, you'll partner with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and venture partners to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities. Your expertise will directly shape our product portfolio, investment thesis, and talent strategy for the next decade of exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to map 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype and validate next-gen concepts
- Partner with venture capital team to identify disruptive startups for acquisition/partnerships
- Present innovation roadmaps to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
- Author annual 'Horizon Report' on industry disruption scenarios
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight frameworks
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or relevant technical field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation patents
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive change across large organizations
