- Produce quarterly strategic briefings on disruptive forces (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, climate tech)
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype 2026-ready solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford) and innovation labs
- Present visionary roadmaps to investors and board members
- Author thought leadership publications in FutureTech Review and Horizon Journal
- Mentor a team of futurist analysts using proprietary foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Published work on emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, AI ethics)
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of 2026 technology roadmaps (NIST, IEEE projections)
- Experience with futures modeling tools (STELLA, AnyLogic)
- Portfolio of successful innovation strategy implementations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (WFS or APF preferred)
