Responsibilities
- Develop 2026+ strategic roadmaps for clients across AI, biotech, and sustainable tech sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Produce trend analysis reports using proprietary foresight methodologies
- Design innovation frameworks for organizations navigating exponential change
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards
- Manage cross-functional research teams across 3 continents
- Build proprietary forecasting models using machine learning and human intelligence
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or futures research
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic frameworks
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in strategic foresight, systems thinking, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future trends or innovation strategy
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Shell Foresight, Delphi Method)
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
